Delivery Time and Shipping Costs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM on the same day. However, we do not always manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
- € 6.95 for orders under € 50.00
- Free for orders from € 50.00
Delivery is via MyParcel's postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Wrong Delivery Address Provided
Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Pre Orders
Have you placed a pre-order? Then your order will be shipped as soon as possible when the stock is in stock. You will receive an email with the Track&Trace code when your order has been registered.
